Big Ears Brawl: Camborne Neighbours Fight Over Silly King Charles Decorations.
Steve Heller's anger leads to a fight in Cornwall because of odd royal decorations.
CAMBORNE, CORNWALL – The quiet town of Camborne was shaken by a strange fight between two neighbours. The argument was about some unusual King Charles decorations, which were big plastic ears instead of normal flags.
Steve Heller, 43, who doesn't have a job, was actually the one who put up the big ear bunting. But he got very upset when his neighbour complained about the decorations. He yelled at his neighbour, saying the ears were a fun way to celebrate the new king and the town. The neighbour replied by saying Steve couldn't judge because he doesn't work.
Things got worse, and the two men started fighting in the street. People who saw the fight were shocked. One person said it was like a scene from a comedy show, but not funny.
The trouble had actually started earlier in the week. Steve Heller was in the local newspaper because he found a crisp that looked like King Charles' big ear.
Police came and arrested both men for fighting. The police said people should not fight in the streets, even if they feel strongly about the monarchy and how to celebrate.
The fight has left people in the town worried about their own decorations. One baker named Sheila said she wanted to make a cake shaped like the King's crown but is now afraid it might cause another fight. She thinks she'll stick to pasties instead.
A person who speaks for the Royal Family didn't say anything about the fight. But it's clear that Steve Heller's ears are probably red from embarrassment.
